Refunds Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds. The only exception to this rule is when we are unable to deliver leads or marketing services contracted for in a 45 business day period. In the rare instance where delivery exceeds 45 business days, Public IQ will refund the balance of the undelivered leads and marketing services paid for.

 

When purchasing leads or marketing services from Public IQ, you agree not to stop payment on checks written or charge back on credit card purchases. When the invoice is signed and the payment is made, you are contractually liable for the amount of the invoice.
